I've tried forcing a custom resolution, but it jumps back to 60Hz immediately. ![]() And since cables and ports are resolution agnostic (they only care about bandwidth), I don't see any reason why my resolution wouldn't be supported. Since option requires slighly more pixels/second than my resolution, the bandwidth should not be a problem. Moreover, according to the official spec sheet of the Quadro K2000, is a supported resolution. Though the graphics card is quite old, I supposed it would be able to output 3440x1440 since both the monitor and the graphics card have a DP1.2 port. 2560x1080, does it show 100Hz as an option. Even though the resolution is supported, it only shows 60Hz as an option in the nVidia control panel. I connected it to an nVidia Quadro K2000 using the displayport cable that came with the monitor. Outer bezel settings on the left and right monitors have no effect, so i set them to 0.īecause i cant position all monitors at the exact vertical height, i had to set slightly different vertical figures for the side monitors and adjust other settings a little too.I have an AOC CU34G2/BK with a resolution of 3440x1440 and 100Hz refresh rate. I also played around with bigger (and smaller) monitor dimensions (than they actualy are) for the 2 side monitors. I chose the settings after many trys and those are what i liked most. (it allows to run even drifferent size monitors, works great but the projection on the side monitors is again wrong)Ĭhanging the FOV doesnt change the situationĭoes anybody have any tips, or free third party apps (stumbled across widescreenfixer: doesnt support pcars ) Pcars 2 has all those sizes and angle settings, but the projection on the side monitors is still wrong !!no matter if i activate nvidia surround or not!!Īs i understand this right now: nvidia surround is only for multi monitor flat wall setups (no options to setup any monitor angles) i can align (more or less) lets say the white lines (track limits) of the track, but than all else is warped/stretched i can get parts of the cockpit (not even the whole of it) to look alright but all other lines (track, buildings.) are warped/stretched No matter what settings i use or where i sit or how high i sit in relation to the monitors: (or maybe i just expected too much from nvidia perspective surround or simultaneous multi-projection) Latetly i bought 3 identical 32" monitors (i run them in am disappointed with the triple screen implementation in pcars 2 ![]()
